  3. The software toolkit for PC-based platforms as described in 
  4. "Using a DSP-based Sound Card for Amateur Radio", QEX of 
  5. August 1994 by Johan Forrer, KC7WW. The kit includes a PD assembler 
  6. for the ADSP21xx, a bootstrap formatter, and example on how to use 
  7. these tools for programming a PSA-based sound card, i.e. Cardinal PRO 16, 
  8. Orchid SW32, Western Digital Paradise 16-DSP, Wearnes Beethoven etc ...

  10. For eventual placement in a DSP-related subdirectory.
